This place was highly recommended, so we came here for breakfast and were pleased by how big the place was and how accommodating the staff was for walk-in customers.We ordered the Brekky Burrito ($ 20), House Hotcakes ($ 23), and flat white coffee.The hotcakes were by far the best I've ever had!!! A stack of 3 fluffy pancakes served with raspberry sorbet, chocolate & vanilla ice cream, sweet nut crunch, kiwi, mixed berries, and sprinkled with raspberry dust, topped with maple syrup. Everything about it was oozing with flavour and the perfect sweetness.That wasn't the case with the Brekky Burrito, as the house beans used were very bland, which unfortunately ruined the taste of what could have been a good Mexican breakfast.They serve excellent coffee, and the service is super friendly.I will come back again only for the hotcakes!

Went here for breakfast, I ordered pancakes that I think were made out of cake mix, it was nice but very thick. My partner ordered eggs benedict and said it was very nice. The service was quick, the place had a very good atmosphere to it. Staff were very welcoming, the prices were high but the worth the $$.

Pretty good service and all day breakfast is a win. If staff could use gender neutral language to address customers, that would be appreciated. Try using folks instead of guys. Sadly having ladies" used as a trans masc person put a dampener on the vibes."

Coeliac review. I've eaten here twice and both times absolutely loved my meals. The avocado on toast was great, and on another occasion I ordered all the ingredients for a big breakfast. It would be great if Frankies had an equivalent of a classic big breaky like what I ordered. I definitely feel safe eating here and would again. Great gluten free options for people with coeliac disease. The haloumi is cooked in oil with gluten foods, so while it's a shame to not include haloumi, it's great that staff are knowledgeable about what is safe to eat and what isn't.

Nice area to sit outside and enjoy your meal.It wasn't obvious if we needed to go inside and order or not so we had to go and ask - but there is table service and it was pretty good after that.The food was all tasty and seemed fresh so no complaints there.

Was very busy and everything looked great, however my order was cold and tasteless. They were very good about it and offered a replacement however we were in a hurry. The rest of our order was fine. I would go back again, I think it was just one of those things on the day.

I recently attended this establishment, and whilst I am typically met with delicious and fulfilling meals today was far below the standards they have made. We ordered a ffc burger and banana bread whilst the burger was average, the banana bread was disappointing. It was small and dismal, and had ingredients that were not disclosed, such as seeds on the crust of the bread. Whilst I am understanding of the fact that food has variation and can differ, this was completely different to what the table next to us had whom had ordered the same dish; which had much larger and fulfilling pieces of bread. Whilst were assured by the servers that this was indeed the main serving size of the dish, and were offered an additional piece of the dismal bread to compensate, it was still a disappointing experience for a once excellent restaurant. For a chain restaurant that shares many locations, with very minimal variations in product, this was completely different to what was being served at other Frankie restaurants, as well as the table next to us. We understand if product had run out due to the high demand of the once delicious bread, but please inform customers of this, don't greet your loyal customers with a dismissive attitude.

This facility was a hive of activity with wait staff as busy as bees.Obviously the go to" place. There was a bit of a wait to be seated but we were acknowledged and greeted.Once seated
