I am a regular customer both in Herdsman and the flower shop. I recently bought two Blueberry Bushes. I wanted to get two more and spent about 10 minutes picking the two bushes I would like to have only to discover I had forgotten my money. A customer who I happened to chat with said why dont you ask them to hold them for you. I am sure they will". I was not sure but she said I am sure they will. So I go over to the counter and tell the ladies behind the counter what happened just to be told "No

15/1 I purchased pink Lilly’s with massive heads- 5 stems in the bunch- stunning flowers. 4 days later I returned to find the same priced flowers were half size & returned home to discover I was short changed 2 stems, I received only 3. Tried to email owner- no email address anywhere. Contacted via FB to offer the feedback & request a resolution, no answer after a week of waiting. Please accept this review graciously- you truly do deserve it.

Was smaller than I expected. The Flower Market is really just a section within (and outside the front of) the fruit and vegetable store. Still, there was quite a good selection of cut flowers in buckets, and at reasonable prices. There were also potted plants available to buy. The quality of the flowers was excellent. There aren't enough suppliers of cut flowers (not pre-made bouquets/arrangements) that sell to the general public. Some of us want to create our own floral arrangements from scratch, as a hobby, so it's good to at least have The Flower Market.

Very sympathetic staff, creating a personalised masterpiece. Delivery was excecuted flawlessly. Highly recommended!

I have bought from The Flower Market several times. Their service is excellent and they have a lovely variety to choose from. I also like that you can either get flowers or even a lovely plant.

Wonderful flower arrangements and even more wonderful staff. I often come here for my flowers since it's also so convenient to get a bunch of flowers on my way home and get a selection of fancy chocolate/produce to include with my floral gift from the Herdsman grocer all in the one trip!

I had a bad experience with an upmarket florist in perth, where Id asked them to do me a bouquet for a wedding. The end result was that I pulled the bouquet apart and started again.I have dealt with flowers myself for a very long time, doing artificial arrangements. This is what made it harder to accept.The Bride wanted fresh flowers for Her wedding so I offered to pay a florist to create the picture we had. The result was poor.I contacted Herdies (as I know them) at 4.30 pm the day before the wedding, asking them what time they were open till, telling them my story, they were extremely surprised to hear it about the florist and provided me with the confidence I needed to get their flowers and create the bouquet myself. Herdies flowers were the best quality and they had awesome quantity.Credit goes to Hannah, she was the sweetest person to talk to on the phone, She was so so helpful, She contacted me 3 times and in the end She told me She was staying back late because of a delivery of flowers from the airport and that I could come and get them fresh.I left home in Canning Vale, 25 minutes later I was there. the delivery Guy was still there unloading the van . I picked my flowers, one of which Hannah gave me FREE, a bunch of 10 big headed white roses to make up for the disappointment Id had during the day (which was not her fault). included was ruskis leaves that the florist said she could not get, so I was extremely chuffed to arrive at the wedding and be able to provide what was expected and to be able, in the end, to say I DID IT, I MADE IT !!!!a HUGE THANKS goes to HERDSMAN FRESH in Floreat, and an even BIGGER THANK YOU to Hannah, you are a gorgeous person to deal with.REGARDSAMY. xxx-ooo
