Kiddie Country

I believe in supporting small businesses, which this is what I tried to do with Kiddie country. Unfortunately had a very bad experience something that was meant to be a click and collect with in a couple of days escalated to 3 weeks with no contact from them whatsoever I had to ring them on three occasions and each time given the excuse that it’s with the delivery van. Wow it doesn’t take that long for a delivery truck to deliver within the same Stateand then when I finally asked for a refund, miraculously my parcel was there that day to pick up I strongly would not recommend this store.

Called the store for a particular cushion for a Tripp Trapp high chair which advised online they had in stock.The lady on the phone was very helpful and let me know the item was in stock and to purchase item for click and collect.I picked the item up the following day from the store and was served by same lovely lady who remembered the phone call.Wonderful service and will happily return to purchase further items

I chose what I wanted to buy for my expectant great grand daughter, there were items on the Registry. I selected an item I phoned and spoke to two very friendly ladies, it was explained to me how to order and pay very simply. The parcel arrived within a couple of days and I shall be giving the gift this Saturday. Thank you for your most excellent approach to your customers. We’ve been a couple of times as the location is convenient but the store consistently marks products up at least 20-30% (eg pram adapters at 65 when they are 45 most other places). The male staffer in particular has limited product or market knowledge. Will opt for baby bunting in the future without a doubt for both better prices and quality of service.

I came to Kiddie Country 4.5 years ago when I first started shopping for my first and only baby and I got given amazing advice in regards to the basics I needed to shop for and it was so helpful. I can't thank them enough, thanks to that I didn't over buy stuff. I've came back ever since. If you're looking for high end brands and helpful attentive service come here.

As new parents-to-be, we need all the assistance we can get our hands on to navigate the labyrinth of prams, pushers, cots, changing tables and other baby accoutrements. That being said, Kiddie Country was a pleasure to shop at. It's small, incredibly well stocked and the quality of product is second to none.A special shoutout to Zaynab, your knowledge of the products bordered on the encyclopedic and your assistance was wonderful.

The most amazing customer service, I reached out seeking a product that didn't seem to be in stock (Joolz Geo2 pram extension), not only did they source it for me quickly but also shipped as matter of priority and great communication throughout! After having another site cancel an order due to the same item being out of stock I was really grateful to have found Kiddie Country - thanks guys ☺️ will be shopping with you again x

They are incredibly lovely and helpful people. They went out of their way to find the pram that my daughter wanted as my daughter is overseas. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was such a great experience and I am about to purchase nursery furniture from them as well as a car seat etc when my daughter returns home. I would highly recommend them.

I'm so impressed with the fast delivery of my order, thank you Kiddie Country! Although they did let me know it normally takes 3-5 business days for delivery, someone pulled out all stops for me knowing I really wanted the product before Easter, and it was delivered within two days! Very happy.
