Great cinema with high-backed seats that are incredibly comfortable. Sound system is state of the art and the staff were friendly and helpful.

An old country cinema with a certain charm to it. The seats are a little tired, the screens small and you can hear the street noise from the cinema we were in (cinema 1)The one thing that I was expecting and didn’t get, is the one thing that is free, good friendly customer service, it was okay at best.Home made choc tops - YES!No ice for your drink - NO!

Seating is uncomfortable and if the theatre was full you'd have someone else's head right in your face. To me it's in need of a total upgrade.

It was 35 degrees outside. When we walked into cinema 4 the carpet was sticky underfoot and it was stuffy and humid inside.I left my seat in search of a staff member who could switch on the air conditioning. However, I was assured it was already on and the reason that we couldn’t feel it was because the previous audience had just exited the cinema.I returned to my seat hopeful that this was the reason but unfortunately it never cooled down.It is frustrating enough that disabled and elderly people have not had access to the cinema for months due to the elevator being out of service.Now it seems that it’s too much to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on.

Movie was good people where friendly but cinema 1 smelt that strong of urine I dry reached half the movie if my kids weren’t so keen on the movie I would have walked out

4 stars, and the wife shazza watched creed 3 and it made shaz drip all over the seat, she told me it was her drink but I think we both know what it was. I stormer mid movie because I was disappointed I wasn't as good looking as michael b jordan, oh what a good picker he would make

I normally like this place but I am terribly upset because they dont have scream 6 so many good movies they never have here so I have to go all the way to derovill <(think that's how you spell dero ha so until they have every movie that should be here I'll give it a 5*"
