Horrendous Service… constant back and fourth emailing, felt like I wasn’t even speaking to someone who understands English. I ordered a custom set, only to be screwed around time and time again on colours no longer being available, after receiving the proof I thought all was good then find out the original set of bowls I ordered was also now not available so instead they offered to substitute my original $730 order to a set costing only $430 instead.. with no mention of any type of reimbursement. Only good thing I can say about ozybowls is they processed the refund promptly.Took my business elsewhere.

Do not purchase from this useless company. They take the order and when you ask when it’s being dispatched after hearing nothing they inform you the product is out of stock.However in the meantime the product is still for sale on their website.Numerous Facebook pages warn people of this company being difficult to purchase from so I suggest you go elsewhere to a more loyal business that has a better name.Can confirm from personal experience that the bad reviews for this company are accurate .

Could not beat Ozy Bowls price on Taylor bowls. The bowls took 7 weeks to be manufactured in the factory in Glasgow. I sent an email asking about postage tracking and this was provided after the manufacturing process. Arrived from Glasgow in 5 days. Happy to use Ozy Bowls,again. Just don't expect your bowls the next day.

After no communication for 12 days I emailed them asking for an update with my order. I asked for a tracking number as I'm not in Aussie. I got no reply. I rang numerous times and left messages as to what I wanted. No reply to ANY communication. That was until I threatened to have my payment reversed. I wanted a tracking number which they couldn't provide. They asked whether I wanted my money back and I said 'YES', as things did not add up. The tracking number comes with the receipt you get when you post it. They didn't know this. Their business address is a post office. I think that says it all. BEWARE......

odered a pair of shoes to be told that color wasnt in stock . isaid blue. when i got the shoes they wete a cheaper brand by $20 and not the brand i ordered. i paid express post and it took them five days to send them. wont deal with them again.
