I found many reviews here related to rude staff service with no action and correction in the behaviour of staff. I have realised many times the counter person at United woolloongabba dont welcome to the customer like other stores welcome with smile on the face. Normally he doesn't say anything not even thank you. Just pay and go. Its the matter of bad behaviour and rude attitude of counter person. Need corrective action. Please.

Always fuel up here as it is the cheapest in town. Nice food and cold beverage selection, though coffee isn't that flash. Store and forecourt are always clean and tidy. Customer service is good, some of the guys need to make eye contact with customer's instead of talking to the till...

The pie we bought was tasteless. Unfortunately we purchased 2 eclair donuts for after. Completely inedible. Dry and stale. Very disappointed. We really used to enjoy Pieface when they were in the Brisbane CBD.

Went there couple nights ago, the eftpos seems to have some issues. Staff who work there has been on the bloody phone for ages, without any explanation of what’s going on. End up I have to wait for hours and pay cash in the end. Cash supposed to take minutes but staff wouldn’t do payment first and let customers wait!

Simply love this place i’am happy to see these guys serve the vegan food, and also the store looks classy and very neat and the staff are very friendly. This fuel station is very big and they serve very quality fuel. My payment frequently sucks a lot but here i had never faced this issue.These guys serve the vegan coffee that was very amazing simply loved that coffee and also they have couple of options in the vegan coffee like soy milk and almond milk. One suggestion from my side try the coffee with almond milk that was fantastic
