Hyderabad Zaika

Went for dinner with family, everything was absolutely beautiful. So nice I went back a couple days later to try and reorder one of the dishes we had. In fortunately we had let the front counter man order for us and weren’t 100% sure what we got. I made a bit of a fool of myself trying to figure out what it was. The guys were super lovely and took the time to walk me through all the potential dishes and figure out what it was. Thanks so much for all your patience.Amazing food, lovely lovely staff.

Great Hyderabadi food in Hombush area. Having born in HYD, I must say, they make some pretty good, authentic hyderabadi dishes.Grilled chicken and rumali roti are my fav. Biryani and haleem are also worth trying. Snack items like puffs also remind you of popular bakeries that you would go to in HYD.Doesn't end without mentioning a cup of chai! Try it!Seating is very limited and you might need to reconsider your options to dine in if you are coming with family.

Daal was made well with good amount of spice. Roti and chicken 65 were standouts. Place is a bit dinghy but that's the way we all like our indian takeaway. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

I was walking the dog and smelled something so delicious, followed my nose and came to this restaurant. Checked out the photos outside and decided to buy from here.The chef and owners not only provided the friendliest service but really educated me on Indian and Hyderabad cuisine. He gave me a little tea taster to go. Very sweet chefs who are proud of their cooking (and they should be!).I couldn't pass up on their Rumali roti (you can only get these in 2 Indian restaurants in Sydney! A lot of time, effort and skill in the dough making and cooking). One rumali roti might not look enough because it's so thin and light but it will fill you up!The Chicken 65 is flavoursome, very aromatic and extremely marinated. Very well cooked, saucy and so moist. This will fill 2 people with left overs.The price is very affordable, I was surprised to see how cheap it was.This is definitely my local Indian place. 10/10 will order again. And very soon! Their dum ka chicken looks so tasty!

Food was okay, just service was little slow as there was less staff.Good mutton biryani.Had Mandi, but it’s alright.Good and humble owners.

I had just come back from hyd and wanted to show family some authentic cuisine - the food here is so authentic and the irani chai is a must order. The chicken tikka and Romani roti were delicious and the mutton mandi had an amazing taste. Will definitely be back to try tiffins and biryani. Thanks :)

Most of the Indian restaurants spicy means adding more chilli powder. Most restaurants butchered Indian dishes.Finally found one restaurant where spicy means spices real ones. What an amazing mutton biryani they serve, romali roti, irani chai . Though I live far away from this place only reason to visit Flemington used to be for pyramid . I visit for this place. Keep it as authentic as you are . forgot to add samosa and chicken puff .

The service was great, very friendly, food was delicious, prices were excellent. The mutton biryani is a must. The Rumali roti is amazing, it is a thin fresh bread and went well with their lamb curry. They open till late 1am. It’s a small and simple restaurant. It is located opposite Flemington train station and there is plenty of parking in the car park behind the restaurant.
