I 100% happy with my service I received and can not recommend Eagle Carpet Care enough!From the moment I requested a quote Lily responded extremely fast, and politely with a great quote. it was the best that I had received that day so I straight away booked and Lily was lovely enough to book us in the following Saturday as per our request. She was great to communicate with.Brett showed up on time and was very polite and lovely to talk to. Our carpet was embarrassingly bad, due to two inside dogs and the muddy winter weather.Brett kept me updated on the progress and what he recommends for future carpet care. After he was finished he walked me through and showed me where all the original huge stains were that are now gone to make sure I was happy, he did the most amazing job, he removed stains I never expected to come out especially after them being there for almost a year. Brett also very kindly did other parts of the carpet in rooms off the hallway that had a few stains he saw and I hadn’t seen - free of charge which I found amazingly polite.The outcome was fantastic and We will happily use Eagle Carpet Care again, which I’m so happy is a local business that we can support.

Great service. Eagle Carpet Care were super communicative, answered all my questions and were just wonderful to work with. Lovely people and a very good quality carept cleaning. Grateful for their support and looking to book again very soon.

We used their services for an end of lease clean as we prepare the house for an air bnb. Not only were they quick to answer an online enquiry, but they were punctual and did an amazing job!.I was so so happy with the result. Manage to get a pet stain out too!

Absolutely amazed by the service provided by Brett. He was spot on time, courteous and very professional. He did an amazing job with our carpets in 3 rooms and a hallway. I called for carpet cleaning thinking the carpets were just a bit dirty, realises there was too much gunk when I saw Brett clean it. He was happy to leave a fan for me to blow the heat out to other rooms for drying. Brett was just Amazing!!
