This restaurant is a hidden Gem, and we were really amazed with the quality and value of the food. Order 3 dishes, and all of them are super delicious and authentic. The staffs are very friendly too. Highly recommend this place!

Super good. I haven’t had authentic tasting Chinese food in a long time. I was a bit worried about portion size due to some of the reviews, but the vegetarian stuff was huge. I got hot n sour soup, Singapore style tofu (had chicken actually, which wasn’t described, but I did wonder why it didn’t have a ‘V’) and vegetarian noodles & they all had so much flavour. For $50 it will feed me for three large meals.Update: we ordered again with a friend and he said it was the best he’s had in Perth. The spices and pepper squid was also the best squid dish I’ve ever tasted. Vegetarian San choy bow was outstanding.

Very authentic Cantonese taste and excellent services by the owner. Must try the wild rice in hot clay pot and hand made egg tofu. White cut Chicken was also cook to perfection, juicy and delicious. 3 dishes and complementary fruits for less than $70, great value for money. Highly recommended.

My family and i have been coming here for 12 years. We are a big family of 7 from New Zealand and we love to eat!! We always come for yum cha/dim sum. Prices are reasonable, food is always delicious and served hot and the service is great! I especially love being able to order dim sim at night when its only served during lunch. They are always accommodating. Special shout out the the man and lady that have been there since day one always giving my mum and dad coupons for their next visit.

Ordered a takeaway meal for the second time last Saturday night. If you collect your own meal, you receive 12% discount. As we live around the corner, we collected. The first time we purchased a takeaway, we ordered wonton soup, which was passable and vinegar chicken, which was dry and tough. I thought I may have chosen badly and decided to give them another go. The second time we had wonton soup, again passable and Samba Chilli Chicken, which was disgusting. And we didn’t get the discount, even when I queried it! When we cracked the Samba Chilli Chicken dish open the smell of belacan (shrimp paste) was overwhelming. There was no chilli in this dish as far as we could taste. It was not a good dish by any means. Disappointing to twice get dud dishes, we will not be back.

First time visit and it won't be the last! Excellent tasty food. We had the chefs recommendations (sweet & sour pork, special fried rice, honey chicken and beef in black bean sauce). Great value and staff were lovely.

3.5 starsRelatives tried yum cha & dim sum here before, and they said dim sum was very good. They booked a banquet of 3 round tables. I haven't tried Dim Sum yet. Need to come back for dim sum or other dishes.The chef came from Guangdong (廣東).Environment: plenty of carparks. Same as former decorations. Not very packed. --- 7/10Service: the owner and wait persons were nice. Served fast. Most dishes almost came at the same time. The owner distributed the soup into small bowls unevenly - half full of 2 bowls (we didn't request that, and I did the rest of soup). Slightly chaotic when changing clean plates for desserts. --- 7.2/10Food: They pre-ordered some tailor-made dishes for the banquet. Some dishes were out of menu. The chef forgot our requests. Slightly pricey. Normal presentation. According to the sequences:- Prawn Crackers: requested for kids. Free and crispy, but some flakes on the bottom.- Seafood Soup: There were small diced shrimps, more (larger pieces) squids and a lot of enoki mushroom (stems only) in the soup. --- 5/10- Chicken with Ginger & shallot sauce: The dipping sauce was very good. The children was undercooked for us (we requested well done). Sent back to kitchen to recook. It's still good in texture --- 6/10- Salad Spare Ribs: Not in the usual menu. It's like deep fried pork ribs mixed with Mayonnaise. It's not our version/ interpretation of Salad Spare Ribs. The worst was no meat" --- 4/10- Noodles with Prawns in Butter sauce

Prompt, friendly and attentive service.Very nice food. Bit of a different selection of meals compared to other Chinese restaurants we have been to. Will come back.
