Some good people working here.Questions were normally answered quickly and promptly. However have to wonder if the information is being passed to all members of staff, as some of them were unaware of changes to school uniform codes.

I think this store is amazing. I have dealt with them through both my children's primary school needs and they have always been helpful and organised and got everything quickly that i needed.Awesome business

I had a bad experience with a staff member who is so rude and treat the customers selectively. She is the old ,short hair lady. I never experienced she is being nice to customers from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is super nice to selective group of people. The way she talks is like ordering and thinks customers from different cultural backgrounds are useless. I felt this several times when I went there. This lady is racist.We spend money to buy uniforms. Also not do any mess , always try to be nice to them. Better do a training for her to teach how to treat the human beings.

I have attended this store twice in the last month I must say it was a pleasure to be there. The staff here are wonderful the attention to detail and the willingness to help is amazing…. Their knowledge of the uniforms and schools is absolutely outstanding. The staff are lovely to deal with I have no hesitations returning to this store in the future .. 10 out of 10 for staff and customer service.

Disappointing experience with a rude and unhelpful staff member. It’s worth travelling to PSW Hampton Park where they are always friendly and welcoming.

Ive come here multiple times and the service is good however there was some issues to note. One was a quite rude worker who seemed to be cranky for no reason, other times they got my order wrong either charging too much or bringing the wrong clothing which i realised too late.

Very helpful and knowledgeable service - the lady knew the requirements of our school and was very helpful in suggesting the most appropriate sizes of clothes to try on, which was especially useful for my husband, being a typical man who knows nothing about getting the right size of school dresses for my daughter. She was there when we needed her but not in our face all the time - the perfect shop assistant.
