Pool Fx

I had a swim with our kids in our stunning new pool this afternoon and it was pure bliss. It reminded me to leave you a review congratulating you for the amazing workmanship and the outstanding level of professionalism you have provided us.From the initial brainstorm to the final handover and still today we feel we're being 200% supported by your level of expertise and customer service.Thank you for the hours of fun we are yet to enjoy with our children in our pool and for all your advice regarding the shape, the length, the tiles, the waterline tiles (I am SO glad we went for those), the filtration system, all the videos you did for us to help us maintain the pool and test the water and - most importantly - having taken away the headache of all the choices and matched our needs with the perfect setup.

We have used Pool Fx for 2 pools now. Initially when we went looking for a preferred pool builder we shopped around as you do but Pool Fx got the deal. Mainly because Chris took the time to chat to us about ideas and how our ideas might not work because of certain issues with pipes, the tank etc needed to be etc which when your spending that kind of money you need to know, it was our first pool. The experience back then was smooth and they did a great job, we were very happy with Pool Fx. Second time around we knew we wanted to use Pool Fx, again, a much bigger project!!! We haven't been disappointed, you guys together both Michelle and Chris make the whole experience seamless and even when something may not be quite right, nothing is too much trouble to put right. I don't feel so bad handing over best part of $30 k to these guys, they deserved it! Thank you both :) We are LOVING our pool!!!
