Yes, the Toowoomba store i find to have extremely good staff, they are only to eager to assist with any ideas that you have concerning your building matters. I have bought quite a few things from them and always leave knowing they have helped me.

Could be a good hardware store if there was a change of attitude. Grumpy female. Been there 3 times, slow service then attitude. Wont ever bother going back. It’s a shame when they have good products but can’t back it with a positive, helpful demeanour.

I ordered a kerosene heater through click and collect and picked it up the next day. It was ready for me and the staff member was very pleasant and helpful, even carrying the heater and drum of kero to the car for my husband. very happy driving back to Lowood

Great service and low prices. Went in to collect my mini-blower and ended up also buying a fantastic outdoor setting. Toowoomba store staff were very friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend checking the store out as they have some great bargains there.

Got a price of over $19,000 for a patio. 40m2 of Colorbond roof and a few posts. Can buy a triple Garage locally for under $9K. This is gouging to the extreme.

I usually dread using this store. Slow service. Getting in phone contact was pretty much impossible. However today only had to wait five minutes to be switched from the 1300 nr to the toowoomba store. Good and helpful service today. Well done if it continues

Do you want to stand at the counter for ten minutes while watching old mate chat to his friend? If you answered with a resounding “yes please”, this is the place for you.Do you want old mate to then, stop talking to his friend and break his legs running to help a couple who JUST walked through the door, continuing to ignore you, whist you remain standing at the counter RIGHT BESIDE HIM? Is that a “you betcha” I hear? Then run, (don’t walk) to Stratco Toowoomba!Want to leave a shop, unserved and unsatisfied because two (yes, two) “salesmen” actively avoided you … you know it! Shop at Stratco Toowoomba … You will NOT be disappointed!

We got exactly what we wanted at a good price. I'm surprised by the range of products at Stratco, I thought they just sold sheds and carports. They had privacy fencing, raised garden beds and potting mix, submersible pumps, gutter guards and bird deterrents plus a whole lot more.
