AUSTRALIA’S WORST FLORISTNo customer service at all.My wife’s Red Roses went black after two days and never opened. When I went to the shop they said it wasn’t their fault. No responsibility or service at all. No replacement didn’t care less. This shop should be investigated by ACCC or consumer watchdog. If you buy a defective product from a shop you should get a refund or replacement. This is Australian law. No folks not these people. Rude arrogant rip off merchants. Stay away everyone you’ll get rotten service.

The staff here go above and beyond to create beautiful arrangements. The flowers are always excellent quality and I find them to be some of the longest lasting store bought flowers. The arrangements are reasonably priced. Highly recommend this florist

The most disgusting experience I have had in a long time with any purchase… carnations instead of roses, arrangement obviously thrown together at last minute, nothing like advertised or ordered or paid for….I could have done better with my eyes closed; verbal abuse on phone when quality queried, delivery mis management on top of this…. Would not recommend or ever use again….

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'll start with the wonderful couple that owns the florist. They provided me with such amazing detailed customer service. I recently had a date with this fanciable girl that I met at a party, I was nervous and anxious about the upcoming date. However, when I approached Seven Hills Angel Florist, I was greeted by a young gentleman, I think the name was Jack?- I've advised him about my situation, with a big smile on his face. He presented me with many many different and wonderful flowers. I was delighted with this customer service, with a couple minutes later. I left with a bouquet of brightly coloured flowers to my date. Honestly - Best Florist I ever came by to.

Very disappointed with the service. I asked for a photo of the arrangement to be emailed to me. I have done this in the past with other florists so that I know what I have paid for and as a point of reference so I know what the recipient is receiving. It has never been an issue in the past. When I called to discuss I was told that this service is not provided. I spent a large amount of money with the provider, I do not understand why a simple request could not be met. Would not use the service again or any other florist in the Petal Network.

This florist is by far my favourite place ever, had the most best customer experience ever in my entire life. The flower arrangements were amazing you could see every little detail. I could feel the love coming from the flowers, it emitted a golden sunshine when i received it.
