Hi communityI just wanted to let you all know please be aware of these people. I called then today to enquire about buying a new projector. They were so rude they acted like as if it was such and inconvenience that I called to buy from them. I was so put off I decided not to buy I would hate to imagine how they would be if I actually had a claimPlease if you are considering there are better options of people who actually treat you like a valid customer. Go else where and do your research. Geez you would of thought that I asked for the projector for free by they way they treated meDo not buy from them

My experience with this company was bad. I have a third party witness with a signed letter that says neither I or him dropped the projector. Did Viewsonic open the box? No My installer did and I next to him when he did.He has nothing to gain by telling lies. I just wanted it fixed and in the end I paid for it all myself. I am not looking for anything for free. They wont listen to their customers instead will just argue. Yesterday they called me at 1229pm shouted at me and said I know where you live" and threatened me with a defamation suit of I did not take down my review."

Excellent projector. The sale and buying experience was fantastic. Staff support was excellent and I recommend buying projectors from Myprojectors. I recommend buying optoma UHD50 , great projector with excellent day and night views.

Don't even bother with trying to do business with this company. Completely rude, worst customer service I am ever experienced. Don't waste your time and money.

I got a sony Projector for School and it is awesome the quality and the service was great. The delivery was quick too.No problems at all.
