The vets and nurses here are second to none. They treat both of my collies like their own and always make us feel welcome and at complete ease whenever we visit. I recommend them to anyone who will listen!

I'm very happy with this vet. I love in shailer Park so it's about 30 mins both ways to and from but worth it. Excellence and caring. Dental extraction and clean done at a reasonable price.

Our British bulldog had ongoing issues with his tail-pocket - after months of antibiotics and different cleaning procedures we found Dr Jo Beckett and did a consultation which lead into surgery shortly after.Our boy has a new quality of life, he’s not in pain and constant discomfort anymore and it makes me so happy that we finally found him the help he needed. Thank you!

If I could give 1000 stars, I would!!!! Couldn’t thank Furkids Vet Surgery enough, Dr Jo, vet nurses and the admin team were so caring and helpful. Starting from the first consultation to post surgery care, they were informative and supportive. Both of our babies were well taking care of and we really appreciated ❤️❤️ lots of love from Ruby and Bear!!

Very very very caring Vet and staff. I had to put my dog down. They were so good to me and even checked up on me one week later.

Been trying to book my Frenchie in for a BOAS consult with Dr Jo. I have called on four separate occasions to be told that someone will call me back but nobody ever has. I understand you guys are busy but this is a joke!!!

The staff here are amazing, very friendly and welcoming, My dog Blue needed to see a vet urgently and my usual vets had no available appointments, I called Fur Babies and explained the suitation and they shuffled some things around so they could see Blue, while the news for Blue was he needed emergency care and they were unable to operate on him there and then as it was a Saturday. The checked him out and let me know where the closest emergency vets was, Dr Steph was so kind and compassionate I have now decided Fur Babies will be my new regular vets.The front counter staff were polite, welcoming and caring, they could see I was obviously upset and they made sure I was okay too.Thank you team, your Managers should be proud of you all.

Absolutely amazing ! Highly recommend getting the BOAS surgery with Jo and the team! Our frenchie is 50 times better with her breathing already. Thank you Jo Beckett, and all the nurses and reception staff!

We took our special baby here in may 2022 with a tumour on his toe to get removed. They removed the whole toe to be safe, the toe was then sent away for cancer testing. We received the phone call 7pm in July telling us he was cancer free. Here we are 5 months later having to put him to sleep because we were misinformed by a careless vet who had his results in front of her stating he had an aggressive stage 3 mast cell tumour then added to her notes that we were told about this when this was NEVER the case!!! I will never recommend this money hungry greedy place to anyone.
