I arrived for my appointment and something felt off. I didn't feel that my animal was going to be cared for so I left before she was even seen. I never even received a follow up phone call to check everything was OK. That spoke volumes to me about my gut feeling about the place. Had they contacted me, I would've known they had concern for their customers and their customers' pets, but they didn't, so I don't. I double checked my phone, I never received a follow up call!!!

Our boy did a quick runner and silly boy - or clever boy - ran straight to the vet. The staff member was lovely and patiently enjoyed his company while we got the car and drove up to collect him. It’s such a shame that this vet is actually quite expensive than others in the area, others we would love to use them … but after queries regarding multiple things, their costs were all considerably higher than surrounding vets, even other independents.

I was travelling with my Husky in my van when called to Qld as Mum was unwell and in hospital. Cleveland Veterinary Clinic kindly cared for my Husky in emergency kennelling. When I picked him up 5 days later, he was happy and clean, and my wallet was not emptied. I can't recommend the caring team from Cleveland Veterinary Clinic more highly.

They treat our pet as family and get super excited when he is booked in to stay. Our cat Alex suffers from anxiety when we go away but since staying at the vets he is so well looked after it’s like an extension of home.We also get all his vet work done here and they are fantastic.Cannot fault them

As it was our 1st time seeing a vet in Australia since we shipped our dogs from the UK, Cleveland Veterinary Clinic spend lots of time explaining about ticks, heart worm etc. Gave the dog a full check up and spend well over hour an hour doing this. Very happy we found this practice. Thank you.

Thank you so much for care and attention you showed and gave to our much loved Poodle , Soxy.Some extensive surgery there involving the removal of quite a few canines.From start to finish and then the follow up was first class.Our boy has made a full recovery.I would highly recommend any Vet from this practice.Thank you once again.
