We ordered a premium “A little bit fancy” cake in caramel flavour for our birthday party. It looked amazing and tasted fresh and delicious. It was a highlight of our party and all our guests complimented the cake. Also the staff lady (Sumaira I think her name was) was so lovely and kind, thank you.

I ordered this ccke for my son 4th birthday (candyland birthday cake) (full size ) Paid $70. I was given this cake without the toppings. When I collected it I was tolding I had to pay an extra $10 if I wanted the toppings. No where on the website does it say extra $10 .not did anyone mention it when I ordered the cake. The manager was rude and cheats money out of costumers.I would not recommend this place .Don't waste your money they have terrible customer service from the manager.

I have ordered for the customized butterfly theme cake, every detail was taken care and the cake was delivered the way I expected. All my guests really loved the look and taste of the cake. It was my first kid's first birthday and the cake made the event so special. Thank you so much.

Refused to take the entertainment book voucher even though it’s valid at this location. Very poor form… Owner also seems cheap, I’ve ordered many birthday cakes from the cheesecake shop and this is the only location where they write on the cake with whipped cream instead of liquid chocolate. The cheesecake shop is great, just not this location unfortunately.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered cake couple of weeks in advance, in person and paid advance. Called to remind on the previous day and they say there’s no such order. But finally got the order on the day, tasted like they just made it up as a last minute order. Very average taste. When asked what if we didn’t call to remind, the lady plainly said without any regret that we may not have got our order. Absolutely disgusting service, to say the least.

The girl sitting there gor service today on 27/10 Thursday 3.30 Afternoon, she was too busy in her phone. I had to say hi 3 times, and then she responded. No greeting no nothing, i asked her 2 questions and she just replied showing zero interest. Like seriously? I work as ARM at McDonald’s, this was pretty disappointing. I didn’t make any order cuz i thought it will require an effort for her to process my order as she was not at all interested. 0 stars.

Cake was received damaged and unpresentable as is for a birthday party. The cake was packaged in a box that wasn't tall enough. The lid of the cake box had squashed the creme. The decorations are also lacking attention to detail; chocolate drip not to the very edge of the diameter, and hardly any gold balls around the sides. Not happy with this service. Very unprofessional.

100000000000/10 The owners of the franchise are so sweet, and it's in such a convenient spot. The cakes are so pretty, and super yummy!! If you're gonna get a cake, and you don't mind coffee, you have to try the Tiramisu cake. It is the best. The person who runs their Instagram account is also really sweet. The only thing is, it's a bit pricey, but I'm willing to pay for a yummy cake. Overall, The Cheesecake Shop Thornleigh is such a cool place, and if you wanna be cool too, buy a cheescake :)
