Decide we needed a steam mop or similar so thought we would give Godfreys a look at the Whitfords store today. There we were confronted with two people behind a desk who asked us if we were 'right'. After explaining to the male of the two what we were looking for it went very down hill from there. This guy makes Basil Faulty look good with his cigarette breathe and sarcastic undertones. Never will spend money there. Trust me, if there is anybody awarding this mob more than 2 stars it is an inside job to lift their ratings.

I went in late this afternoon and Jordan was so friendly, polite , knowledgeable and extremely helpfulJordan was also very patient (I’m so indecisive I was there awhile)I ended up leaving with a vacuum and a few other bits and bobsReally happy with what I got and extremely happy with the customer service

Great range of vacuum cleaners, however ask to try them all as sales rep always goes for the highly priced vacuums and does demo. We have the mid range hover and it is great, Just as good as the expensive ones. So as have a go of the hover. Friendly staff but wanting that high sale.

New staff and what an experience. I went into the store not knowing what vacuum cleaner would work for me and Daniel the shop representative was not just informative but attentative professional and friendly in his approach to me answering all my questions regarding the vacuum specs. Daniels honesty was extremely important to me as I have been in in the customer service industry for nearly 40 years and this none pushy but honest approach helped me make a purchase.Thankyou Daniel I will recomened this store and your amazing service to all my clients from now on.David Hall

I purchased a vacuum in October 2022 , the service received then was outstanding and upon returning this weekend with an issue on my vac - received the same outstanding service and friendliness as I did back. In October - previous reviews with negative feedback are due to staff long gone from this store , I will only go to this store for all things vacuum in the future - Thankyou

I had been to other Godfreys store and ended up with just a product. The bloke that sold me my machine today was very down to earth and helpful, with great knowledge and a non pushy approach. The lady there must be new because she didn't seem to know much but she was friendly.

I had the unfortunate circumstance to return my vacuum hose for repair at Godfreys Whitfords. The gentleman owner of the franchise suggested that the hose had been dismantled" on purpose and doubted the warrantee status. The contrast in after-sales service and the initial sales presentation is remarkable. The lady however is very helpful and appears genuinely interested in resolution and retention of custom. Might I suggest a course in after sales retention for this gentleman alternatively a door to door role where repeat customers are a rarity."

Fantastic service. Went in looking for a steam mop and vacuum cleaner for our new house. After explaining our cleaning needs and budget we were shown a few different models and the salesman explained the difference in performance of each. We even got to try them and see what we liked. We made our choice and didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive (unlike another retailer). Would highly recommend based on their knowledge of the products and the service with a smile.
