My family has known Kat for over 8 years and she is seriously not only the best massage therapist in Sydney, but she has the ability to quickly realise where you might be hurting and help work through the pain. The whole massage experience is a Sacred Body Ritual. She uses amazing techniques and really cares. I have introduced her to so many friends and family over the years that are now regular clients of hers. As well, I think a Sacred Body Ritual is my go to present for a gift. It is such a treat to have some one come to your home and massage you or give you a facial. Until you experience it, you don't realise how incredible it is. She arrives sets up the table and creates a beautiful environment for the massage then when it is over you don't even have to drive home!! So good!!!! Take my word and just book your first massage!

I'm a massage junkie - Kat is the most talented therapist you will ever find. A gorgeous person with an unparalleled understanding of the human body and how it all connects, her magic hands and techniques are the only ones that actually get rid of my knots, which then stay away for weeks at a time, not a few hours. Or if you have a sporting injury, from a strain in the groin or forearm/elbow, to quite severe lower back pain or jarred neck, Kat is more effective at healing than any other discipline I've gone too.
