Mat at airport west was absolutely excellent to deal with, my online enquiry was matched with a phone call within minutes of placing it. Mat was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! For me the purchase was a very high end bike I thought I’d never spend as much on, but Mat made the experience very seamless - product knowledge & communication, even delivery 7hrs away was simple. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, I made numerous enquires to multiple stores, as soon as I spoke to Mat I had made the decision I wasn’t going to buy a bike off anyone else!

I purchased a bike for my child with training wheels, but they gave me the wrong ones that were incompatible with the bike. I visited the store and lodged a complaint. Eventually, after a lengthy and unpleasant conversation with a representative from 99 Bikes, they replaced the training wheels with another pair. Unfortunately, the new set of training wheels turned out to be just as bad. One side wheel constantly turned down, causing the training wheel to come off and resulting in my child falling off the bike twice. I made a third visit to the store, and although they temporarily fixed the issue, it remains unresolved, posing a serious safety hazard. I strongly advise against dealing with them, as they are willing to deceive customers and become extremely rude when it comes to addressing complaints or providing feedback.

Thanks for all the support you have given our family when it comes to our biking needs over the yrs. The expertise, professional support we receive from everyone at 99 bikes but especially simon is amazing. We will never go to another bike store again as no one can top you're knowledge of bikes in the area. Thanks so much

Simon was brilliant both times I've dealt with him, first time he spent a patient hour with me to pick the perfect bike in my price range and the style of riding.After the bike was out of stock due to my delay of ordering it, he found the best replacement that still was within my needs.

Team has been lovely every time ive stepped in. Had trouble replacing an old chain at home, brought the parts in store and it was changed on the spot. Incredibly friendly and knowledgable group of people.

Excellent service by this store. Called prior to ordering a bike for C&C to confirm stock. Bike was set aside until I could collect later in the week. Pedals I ordered with the bike were fitted without even needing to ask.When I collected the bike and bought some other stuff, Minh was the nicest and most helpful guy. Super friendly and talkative. I bought in my bike which had flat tyres and was assisted by Minh. I was not able to work out how to pump them up with a pump I had previously purchased and he was super helpful and assisted me with pumping them up. Always great service at this 99 Bikes and would recommend to anyone needing to service their bike.

Went on Sunday morning and did not expect a line form at the mechanic deskDespite a busy morning at 10 Jervis the mechanic took the bike in and fixed the problem without having to replace the bottom bracket!Got my bike back the same day later in the afternoon and asked for a recommendation for a good lube oil and I was introduced to the best I’ve ever used!Went riding in the rain for the pass few days and my chain and cassettes are cleaned in like new !!Definitely will come back to Jervis !!!
