Very happy with the way Dr Tan has looked after my eyes. He saved my eyesight by discovering my eye condition and started me on treatment straight away which I know has helped me in the long run.

My mum has been seeing Dr Arnold and Dr Cass for years. Very professional and they care. Feraz was friendly and professional when we attended our appointment today. Castle Hill location is easy to get to and has ample parking.

moving to a new clinic. My doctor retired, being seeing him for 10+ years that why i could not stand the service from Marsden eye. Instead of telling you what bad experience i had, i will tell you what my old doctor did. He explained test result in detail every single visit. He told me how human eyes change and showed me my result and told me how i was doing with my age compared with the average people and what to expect. He never left me sitting on chair and talked about his holiday plan with other colleagues for 10 mins, i know 10 mins is nothing but he never left me wait 1+ hour, then the 10 mins. He was cautious when i said my eyes didnt like the eye drop, he changed to another one immediately, never forced me to use 1 more week then said, na, doesnt work, let's laser. He was such a gentleman that he never talked to me in a hush tone cos i didnt want to use the eye drops that cause huge pain. Gosh, you only know how precious someone is when you got comparison.

1hr wait post booked appointment time and 3mins with specialist. I can't understand why this still iccurs

I've been visiting here for a number if years. I've always appreciated the good service and attention to detail. My recent retinal surgery was very successful and extremely happy with the results of Dr Kang and his team.

Dr. Liew is a passionate, patient and knowledgable opthamologist. Upon meeting him I felt at ease and confident in his care. He took careful time to explain my eye condition and answer my questions regarding any further treatment. His analysis was versed and accurate and have helped great my eyes with no complications. Staff were friendly and professional, and helped provide a comfortable overall experience. Greatly recommended.

Dr Fitzsimons and Dr Tan are very professional doctors and I am more than happy with the service I've received from them. I've been here for about 5 years and not a single complaint against anyone.

i recently had lens replacement surgery at Marsden eye clinic Paramatta with Dr Fitzsimmons . They staff in reception were helpful and polite . The orthoptists were extremely helpful and professional. The theatre staff and aneathetist were so friendly, welcoming and professional and put me at ease . Writing this review as a family member of a patient (pensioner). My dad's eye specialist will retire soon so we gave Dr Terence Tan a try. Dr Tan was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgable - he is one of the best specialists I have seen who actually takes the time to explain a condition to you, and uses illustrations and simple language to help you understand. The receptionist team is also very friendly and helpful - both over the counter and over the phone. I am my switching my son over to this clinic as well (note Dr Tan specialises in adults only, you will need to request for another Dr if you have children). Overall 5 star experience and would highly recommend.
