Minimax Marion

Called in yesterday to enquire about a bread knife, the young lady who helped us was so very helpful and polite, I could not have wished for better service.

I was very happy to walk into Minimax Marion and find an angel food tin sitting on their shelf. I did a happy dance. This shop has lovely cooking items, along with utensils and gadgets, teapots, mugs and at Christmas a lovely decorative Moose that just had to come and live with us.

Needed a particular appliance, had been to other retailers they only stock it in summer. This business stocks it all year, fabulous!! Great service over the phone initially, had it put away for next day. Picked it up as arranged, no problems! Who says we only need ice cream makers in summer….. not me and not Minimax. Thank you for your knowledge and excellent customer service.

Very helpful and friendly that offered to hold onto my parcel while I went through the shopping Centre to finish other shopping. Would recommend and will return as prices and choices amazing. Thank you

Need lots of money. You want to buy everything you see.

Sales lady was not professional at all.I said to sales lady.I got heaps knifes at home.but they are not very sharp.and I need a VERY sharp and good quality one to cut the vegetables and meat.but she recommended a very thick knife(bone cutting)for me.the brand is global and is expensive.after i Identified when I opened it and wanted to try it.My forked and I found out that it is not a food cutting knife at all…..after I went back to this shop and required I wanted to change a sharp one.the manger said nooo..you opened and used it.but I didn’t use it.they wouldn’t change for me….overall, the manager service was horrible and employees are not professional…

Would give zero stars if I could. Went in to store 9:30 Saturday morning with no one in the store but a female staff member behind the counter and a male staff member in front of the counter. They did not acknowledge me, didn’t approach me, nor did the male stop blabbing on about something to the female the whole time I walked my way around the store right to the back corners looking. I felt too uncomfortable to interrupt what was obviously a very important conversation and ask for assistance to find what I was looking for and chose on principal to walk out and will spend my money elsewhere.

I would like to thank you for a great shopping experience last Friday . The staff were fabulous, so helping and friendly..I left with a big smile …thank you.

A great place to shop for all your kitchen needs. I have used my Barmix hand blender for many years & it hasn't skipped a beat. I have had mine since 1982. The original Barmix was a cream colour & the motor is still going. I have never had it to an Electrical Store to get the motor cleaned nor oiled. In the near future,I will eventually replace it with a better one but in a different colour.Very helpful staff & good with a tricky questions.

Great range of products here. We walked out with a stack of cheese knife sets as gifts. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
