Poor customer service. Extremely dissapointed by the way the staff yelled at us. He charged me extra and when I went to ask for refund he yelled back. Not once but it has been repeated twice though. Asked for the manager's number so that I can narrate it but I was provided the wrong number. Seems like the staff had done a favour to the customer by working there.

The worst and dishonest petrol station ever! It was my first time to claim the reward via app. The old Indian bloke scan my 7/11 card then asked me to pay for the rewards (just a bottle of ice coffee offered free from the app when you reached 7 visits/purchased petrol). I asked him why do I have pay for it when it’s a reward for free? He cannot answer me questions! He already scanned my card without give me the reward. And my rewards is now not able to claim from any other 7/11 store. It’s invalid anymore! This is not right way to treat your customer! And this is not the money or the drinks! It’s the principle that he wasn’t being honest and trying to fool you! This is ridiculous and it’s not the right way to do the business! This particular 7/11 store WILL LOSE ALL THE CUSTOMERS FROM MYSELF, MY FRIENDS, MY COLLEAGUES & MY COUSINS! I WOULD NEVER BUY PETROL FROM THIS 7/11 EVER AGAIN!

“Dalib” is rudest person. The worst and the rudest customer service l have ever experienced. The sales person name is “Dalib” will never recommend anyone to visit this place. Respect yourself and do not visit this place.

Rode in to the station tonight to get fuel. The old Indian bloke shuts my pump down, I finish pumping fuel, walk upto the door to pay for my fuel I'm denied entry until I remove my helmet I looked around the shop front there's NO SIGNAGE that indicates I must remove helmet before entry. Horrible customer service WILL NEVER RETURN to that establishment EVER.

Worst customer experience ever. The old guy is rude and does not have any patience. The pump does not have any place to park for few minutes.

Extremely rude representative hung up on me and wouldn't bother to look out the window and tell me th price for the petrol. Absolutely disgusting. Shouldn't have people representing such a large business like 7eleven.

Unequivocally the worst petrol station service in Sydney. Even if you're dead out of fuel, you're better pushing your car (or truck) up the road to another fuel station.10/10 Would recommend coming here and cleaning your windows for up to and including 19 minutes 59 seconds.0/10 Would not recommend for anything else.

Went to replace my gas canister here today. Found the staff extremely friendly and they assisted me with everything. 7/11 are never gonna be the cheapest petrol around but I did have a really pleasant experience here

Rude. Terrible costumer service, server attempted to have my friend and i pay money for an empty cup and might i add with a very rude manner. Owners are cheap and helpful. Unpleasant experience.

Friendly service , need to watch out for the donuts.
