Bought a boat from these guys 9 months ago. They said it has a full service and everything was ready to go.So it just had its first full service from my mechanic. I asked the mechanic how it looked. He said and I quote. looks like whoever had it before you

The bloke who looks after the service department had great service and stood by his word on a warranty on a return issue even when he easily could have asked for full fee. Described what was going on and what strategies he put in place to ensure it doesn't continue to be a problem. Then went above and beyond to help with my car that broke down while I was out picking up my boat. Honest and have earned a customer for life

Drove from the Sunshine Coast to Redcliffe Marine to purchase a new Aquamaster boat package with cash deposit in pocket on 13/6/20. Sales staff sit in office looking at you. No other customers in yard. Gave up and walked out after 20 minutes in disgust. Perhaps it was because I was dressed like a tradesman and drove a trademens ute. Went to another Aquamaster dealership, (Australian Marine Centre) at Slacks Creek. They were more than happy to serve me and take my order and relieve me of my deposit. An old saying says Never judge a book by its cover""

We purchased a boat from Redcliffe Marine last week. Great price and not over inflated like other boat shops. Jake and the team were fantastic to deal with and went out of their way to help. Great communication from day 1 when we agreed on a price, right through to the pick up day. On pick up day we got a run through of the operation and all the gadgets on the boat. They organised all the rego transfers and organised the insurance for us as well. Would defiantly recommend Jake and his team. A1 Service. Keep up the good work guys!

Deal with them with extreme caution. Went in with my wife and daughter to look at the boat. Jake was not short of all the answers and promise this and that. We went away to think about it and then rang to make an offer. All we got was “no” in response to the offer and hung up on.Cash buyer and while the offer wasn’t the asking price we expected there would be some negotiation from Jake not the arrogance that we got.

Having just moved up here from Ballarat i asked Jake and Paddy about what areas to try , they both were very happy to tell me what areas to try.I have been there a couple of times for different reasons to have work done on my boat and i think their prices are really good!! Just last weak i needed a new battery and Paddy knocked $60 off the price . Good job fellas, cheers Harry

Made an inquiry via Gumtree for a listing and got no reply until over a week later after I sent another inquiry saying no wonder you can't sell the boat" then I got a smug smarty pants reply that it was pending finance and 2 others in line. Absolutely disgraceful conduct and I will definitely not ever buy or recommend buying a boat here if this is the childish unprofessional attitude and behavior/treatment you can expect to receive. Classic example of poor customer service. Could not imagine what kind of treatment you would get if you purchased a boat and then had problems!! very indicative of the mentality of how this business operates."

As a total stranger to the boat, I had to ask Jake everything.He was sure to answer all the trivial questions.Jake was very kind and considerate.He is a man of his word.Double check everything before delivering the boat.Jake will be a best answer if you are not familiar with the boat and want to receive continuous care.

Just rang to ask about anchors, spoke with Jake??.Couldnt have asked for a more rude person if I tried. Was told that I needed to call a specialist person and they would know 10 times more about anchors than my husband and that most people are know it all's and then he hung up in me.
