Riviera Resort
Just had two nights at the Riviera Resort - would have liked to stay longer but they were fully booked. Walk out of the hotel, across the road and straight to the beach - magical. Has everything you need, parking is good. Best ceiling fans I have ever come across (the slowest speed is perfect for sleeping). WiFi a little hit and miss. Nice big balcony. 5-10 minute walk to a few good places to eat and drink. Recommended!

The condo was nice and spacious. The only complaints I have is there was no coffee maker, they were extremely frugal with supplies, and the pillows were terrible. The door on the balcony seemed flimsy and as though it would be easy to break into.Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The location was good, close to shops and restaurants.

Great location, rooms are clean and comfortable, wonderful pool area. Stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and have already rebooked for next year. Price during peak season is very reasonable also.

Great pool, spa and sauna all located near each other. The units are fresh and bright, we stayed in #40, great view from the wide balcony.1.9 metre high parking can be a little restrictive if you have a lifted 4x4 with roof rack though. Over all a very good place to stay.

Smaller bedrooms so be prepared to hang in the generous living area. Balcony views are lovely. Pool is large and great, spa is really fun and sauna is wonderful. Would stay again.

Wonderful holiday apt., No service but includes all, like Airbnb+pool +restaurant, perfect from relaxing, 50 meter from the sea

Great value hotel in a great area with a fantastic pool. Apartment was good and roomy and comfortable without being great. Portable air-con to main bedroom couldn't fit in window because the window screens were riveted in place, so that made it a bit too warm at night for us southern NSW people. Good air-con in living areas though. Apartment was close to pubs, restaurants and the Hervey Bay beach so great position. The car parks, however, were tiny and even though our park couldn't fit our CX-9 we had trouble swapping to a new one (had to park outside until one became available). All up though, we liked the overall experience to stay there again.

Highly recommend - Clean spacious units Beach right opposite complex, walking distance to cafes, shops and parks. Undercover secure parking, lift, pool, and reasonable rates with onsite management. Always a relaxing stay.

The 3 Bedrooms are very spacious and well furnished not the newest unit but very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming making you feel like old friends and help with anything you require. This location is close to most things and if not there are courtesy buses to most other places.

Units are ok, pool is good. Not very friendly once you've paid for your stay and couldn't even bring themselves to smile or be polite, basics!The owners reply and judgemental attitude pretty much sums them up.
