David and Allan helped me settled ComCare case and breach of enterprise agreement case against a large government agency. Avoid wining the cases with huge cost and little return to cover the cost or worse losing the cases with huge cost, was the main reason for the settlements.My take away is to avoid legal cases against commonwealth no matter how unreasonable you were treated. To me it seems it is no about right or wrong but how much legal resources you have. And most people do not have the resources to match what APS has.
