Ellie was super helpful. Examined the photos of our lounge room and then really took the time to plan out the best scenario. She asked us to take more photos when we got home, and she then helped us further tweak things. The room looks absolutely great now. Thanks! Above and beyond service!

Used Newline when we moved into our place. They were able to come up with great styling suggestions on cushion designs and colours to match our decor. The fabrics and fillings used for the cushions is great quality and even after multiple washes still look brand new!They are friendly and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitations using them again or recommending them to family and friends. Thanks again team!! Love your work

Website is unusable due to the request to sign up to the newsletter which takes up half of the page and doesn’t go away even after you sign up. Very poor.

I was feeling the pillows to see which ones were suitable for my daughter who has severe sensory issues. The older man working there walked up to me and said “it’s not necessary to touch all the pillows” and also told me that nobody else touched all the pillows. I explained that customers need to feel them before they buy them to sleep on and he said “it’s not necessary and it’s ridiculous” I can’t believe i was spoken to like this for touching a pillow.

Visited the Chadstone store and dealt with Ellie who was so wonderful to deal with. I brought in pics of my space and she was able to put together the perfect combination of cushions to match my interior. The cushions are also Australian made and the quality is fab! Highly recommend.
