Standard staff only want to sale their products.We bought a firm mattress from them the guy never explain the mattress going to be super super firm, the mattress we tried in store it was there from long and not that hard as many people tried before but the mattress we got is like a Rock when I called the store to ask the guy on the phone he told me ohhh many people call us for these thing"and told me buy a topper for this it's only $390

The showroom staff are standard sales people, there to sell you a product. But the delivery is where you have to watch out, Bevmarks take NO RESPONSIBILITY in relation to their delivery team doing any damages to your property. Delivery guys were up front about damage, but it is still your problem to fix due to the disclaimer they give you on their arrival, although you are more focused on them and your items being delivered then the piece of paper they give you as they walk through your door.They left us with a nice hole in our wall were the corner of our tallboy way put through it.Update - they asked me to contact them, so e-mailed them and now been over a week and no response.

My husband and I came a month ago and spoke to John who very patiently helped us choosing the mattress that is good for us . Very professional and super nice we loved that John knew exactly what we wanted and took the time to explain things and we ended up with the best mattress and the best night sleep . So thank you John awesome job.

Never recommend Bevmarks narren warren. We paid deposit for our bed frame and mattress on August and then waited till end of December to get the delivery. After paid the rest of the amount, we found the mattress was on half price sale during Boxing day and we were told that we still have to pay full amount. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Great Customer Service, Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable Staff who are happy to spend time with you as they understand the importance of making the right decision when it comes to deciding on a bed. Just be understanding if the planned or stated delivery date doesn't work out as some of the logistics of supply are out of their hands, but they will do everything possible to keep you informed and of course get your bed delivered on time. And yes I am very happy with both beds I bought. They even took the old Mattresses and Bases away for recycling. Now that is a service you need to discuss with their team if and when you buy.Sweet Dreams

Can not recommend John enough, his service and knowledge were fantastic. He talked me through all of the options and explained everything to me. Purchasing from John was such an easy process. My new Australian made mattress delivered in less than 3 weeks and came at the exact time I was advised it would, no need to sit around waiting all day. Thanks Bevmarks!
