Australia Post - Noosa Civic Post Shop

The staff are super friendly and helpful. I love using this post office. The best around the area.

Extremely and unnecessarily rude. I spend thousands through Australia Post business and the behaviour from one staff member here has me rethinking the postage service I use from now onwards.

Terrible customer service. Tried getting passport application signed off and the lady told me the photo supplied(byAus post) wasn’t good enough. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it and looked like she was being difficult for the sake of it. Took the application and photo to Tewantin Aus Post and it was immediately approved. Now have our passport back and won’t be returning to Aus post Noosa Civic

Honestly I’ve never met people so rude. We run a business and send $$$ to $$$$ of orders through Aus Post daily. The two older ladies in their treat us like we are a bother all the time. We’ve left express orders there many times well before the cut off time and they say things like “I’ll try and get these out today!” in a very rude voice and then they are still sitting there 2-3 days later. I see them rude to other customers every time I go in there too! Honestly it’s time to retire ladies!!! A little respect goes a long way! We will be driving further and going to Coolum from now on where staff are so lovely, helpful, considerate and consistent.

Went into the post office at the civic last week to send a retail item parcel for my business i did arrive at just after 4.50pm. My parcel had a sticker saying this way up and fragile! The blond haired lady was so rude and told me it was literally going to get thrown around and wouldn’t arrive in one piece and was laughing at the this way up stickers! She pushed down on the box causing it to crease saying the box was also too soft, she then went on to tell me it would cost me $56 standard post! I told her i had send this item many times and that was not the correct price. She did everything to stop me sending my parcel i think because she didn’t want to do the work close to 5pm. The next morning I went to another post office to send my parcel and guess what it cost $15 and no mention about the stickers…shocking customer service

Unfortunately after my own experiences, I have to agree with all the negative reviews published here. Staff are generally quite rude and unwilling to help. Internal procedure seems quite messy (i.e. our parcel got misplaced and staff didn't appear to proactively search for it - thankfully we have the tracking and the patience for it)

Incredibly rude female member of staff who verbally abused me in front of another customer. Disgusting customer service. These people should be held accountable.

Rudest staff and the worst auspost I’ve ever been to in all of AUS (and I’ve been to dozens with me e-commerce business). I drive 10mins extra to go to all the other friendlier post offices to avoid these old b to the itches!
