My partner ordered a vegetarian pizza and when it was delivered they had used the same cutter to cut her pizza that they used for meat pizzas and there was mince all over her pizza and they thought that was acceptable to deliver like that.Then we tried to call to ask for another to be delivered but no one would answer the phone so we drove to the store to complain & they made a new one.It happens at every dominos pizza store we have been to.Time to step up and clean ur cutters more regularlyEspecially for vegetarian and allergy pizzas

I ordered 2 large amped up pizzas today that arrived piping hot, very fast and as per my isolation requests. The topping on the loaded supreme actually included ALL toppings. The other was just as delicious. Thankyou for your service and quality.

on board above counter they advertise 2 sides for $7.95 , these sides include lave cake and pepperoni puff roll but when i ordered from their board their system would not allow the young man to charge the reduced rate, plz change the advert as i am a regular customer and this is false advertising

I was here at 7pm and there was a line building up as a few customers weren't being served properly, they had issues with there order, i also was told by a receptionist at coles that if i needed to use the restroom i should ask for the key at dominos.I asked for the key and the guy rudely refused. I noticed the staff didnt quite know what they were doing and after waiting in the line for so long i decided not to buy a pizza here.

Same old same, it's the mass produced pizza taste, and it tastes bad, it's not like a real homemade pizza it tastes fu, and its expensive as hell, especially the delivery, it's 20 dollars no matter what I order on delivery. That makes it impossible to get, and when the dominoes restaurant is only a K away it is extortion really then it Takes forever for the arrival of the deliveries, even then the pizza is slid of the pizza dough because of bad driving by the delivery driver. Multiple times they have mixed up or left out items in my order.. then they also told me that they would no longer be delivery to home hill area, where my elderly family live, so it's tuff for them anyway but now they are not even entitled to over pay for a pizza. So in saying that it's totally different and no where as good and affordable as dominoes in Hong Kong, or NZ, and definitely nothing compared to American dominoes... It's going to really have to reinvent itself to the Aussie way if it's going to be good food by good people, just don't cut the corners and do something for taste not profit.. I know they make billions I just wish they had fresh pizza that tastes like homemade Italian pizza.. please

I ordered one pizza and 5 sides one of the sides was wrong so I rang them to have it corrected, was told it would be remade and delivered IMMEDIATELY. An hour goes by with not a word I finally decide to ring back, I was just given very poor reasoning with the addition of whoever the boy who answered had to ask about my order proceed to bang things around and yell in the background (there was no background noise until I heard the question asked). I find this extremely disrespectful and rude as it could have been easily resolved as they guaranteed. Dominoes standards have severely dropped as of late and no longer care about customer service.

The cost... astronomical for 2 x New Yorkers and 2 x Premium pizzas... for our 10yr old's birthday night meal choice before her Birthday Party. The quality... fourth rate amount of toppings... $66... 4 x pizzas. The service... a disaster... booked at 5.15pm for 5.45pm... after 20mins waiting in-store they discover my order was booked incorrectly for 6.45pm... rush time fix equalled rush time quality and toppings... would have rathered driving to Home Hill for the pizzas... at least the quality matches the price there each and every time! Never Again! AMEN! Nickos everytime from now on!

This has to be the worst Dominos I've eaten from. I've had countless bad experiences with them since being in Ayr. Of them getting the order wrong and being very unhelpful when you question it.One thing I've noticed is they do not like sharing their cheese. Even when you pay for it. After stopping order and eating from subway at the weekend instead for about a month I decided to get one and pay extra for extra cheese. The pizza that was given to me didnt even have a regular amount of cheese on it. Let alone 'extra cheese' I paid extra for. Did I got back with it and complain you may ask? No. Because last time I ordered cheesy garlic bread, and it came out without cheese, and I handed it back, they made me wait 15mins while the 'made me another one' only to give the one they made me to someone else and hand me back they original they gave me.I can understand a mistake, but when they dont take ownership of it and its every single time there an issue.

Service was terribly average. Ordered a 430pm pickup and walked in only to wait another 25 mins and they didn't appear busy. Food was definitely less than good and I won't be buying from here again. Pizza hut is absolutely better than this
