Going in as a Pilates novice ( sceptic ) Liz showed her skill and patience teaching me . Ive improved 100% with my movement, strength and breathing .

Pilates 2gether
I have done a few classes with Pilates 2gether since they launched and they are fantastic. I love that I still feel like I get that personalisation with my instructor through the zoom calls. The exercises are all attainable but challenging at the same time. It's lovely to be able to connect with other people through Pilates. I can't wait until we can get into the studio in person!

I did a 45 minute mat class with Liz. These classes work so well and are just perfect for our isolation lifestyle at present! Thanks Liz, I love your clear instructions; it actually feels as though I’m in an individual class!!
