I'd give a 0 Star if it was an option. The dining area and play area of this restaurant is extremely filthy. All touch points are disgusting. Dirty tables, food scraps on floors. The staff moral is equally as poor.

Great if you just want a coffee from drive thru although wait time can be excessive for a coffee. Playground closed because it had been deep cleaned earlier in the day"..? Completely unwrapped chicken wrap in my takeaway bag so i had to remake it on the side of the road

Edit:Apparently this McDonald's is self-service via the screens only, which explains my difficulty in getting served. It sure would be helpful if they had a sign or something to let people know.----Not a single other customer in the place, but still took me five minutes to get served. Asked for a coffee and banana bread to eat in, and was given take away. Several minutes more to flag someone down to ask for sugar and was given one single sachet. No sugar, spoons, or serviettes available without having to ask for them. Banana bread was only warm when I asked for toasted.

every single time there is something wrong or missing from our orders and i cannot understand how the staff keep making these mistakes!Half filled chips is a constant issue!But today WOW! 2 bacon egg Mc'muffins.. pretty simple stuff right.. Apparently NOT! one came with Egg the other... did not.. iv said countless times they must get busy or the staff must be learning but come on! how ridicules and incompetent can you lot be... management need to step up and they staff need some god damn trainingYour their to do a job and that is to serveries customers so maybe do it right for once

Clean and rather quiet maccas. Got their frozen mango which doesn’t taste as good as other outlets for some reason, too much carbonated water but not as much flavour. Two cubicles in toilet that were well maintained.

Got a large frozen coke that was half full. Got a large coffee frappe and see pictures attached. The large chips was a small serve.

I just went through the drive through and ordered my meal and got told there will be a wait( which is fine with me), the guy told me to wait at the next windows, so I drove to the next windows and there was a girl saying to move past the railing but I couldn't hear her until I finally heard her, so when I moved forward she started to open the door and started walking and I heard her saying to the fellow employees ( far out he is dumb) which I found offensive and disgraceful! That girl needs to learn some manners and courtesy! I can say that I won't be going back there again!

Im not sure why McDonald's don't bother cleaning the dining area. Not just this store but most I visit. Food was good, got wrong burger in meal, luckily I enjoy a quarter pounder. Staff looked disorganised packing meals.

I ordered sausage muffin, but got a sausage & egg that was colder than exes heart, look at the eggshell in the muffin that wasn’t meant to even have egg.

The crew that served us was Darcy. We drove here for the netball state age at Maitland for the last 3 days and he was here in the morning. Serving us breakfast. He is so kind and customer service is 100%. Food done right and fresh.The best is the fresh nuggets. Please give him a raise!!! His a great asset to the company..
