Pete and the team at Apex have done an outstanding job with my ad account. I was effectively stuck in a rut of working in my business without the time and skills to work on growing and scaling it. They did not over promise, but they certainly over delivered! I believe the ROAS we are getting is over 700%, which is fantastic! My experience with the agency has been great. Apex really scaled my ecommerce store and has always given great advice and recommendations. My account manager is also fantastic, and has always been available to support when needed.

Stay away from this company, they are fraud, they will give you lucrative offers to use their services but they will not deliver the work. And you can’t discuss any logic with them.They offered me a discounted SEO proposal for my business for 12 months term. After spending 3 months, they did not complete even 20% of the deliverables as planned and agreed. During these 3 months their SEO persons changed a few times. No single action taken on my website by them. I kept following up and they start making excuses, that they provided discounted offer so the progress will be slow, SEO work takes time, etc. They even tried to take credit for the work done by my team to improve google indexing and social media traffic. I have already lost my 3 precious months. I paid for 12 months, and they are now not cancelling the this and neither refunding the money. I also used their paid ads service, that was also time and money waste, almost zero results in 2 months paid ads, spent more than $10k in ads. It was a big mistake to give them another chance to implement SEO. I have no option left but to take them to the consumer affairs.
