Rivers Albury Superstore

Wide variety of stock...looking for footwear and found two pair. Sale price so 2 for 1. Interested in clothing...maybe next time.

Beware of your purchases. Purchased an item in the store and when I went back less than 48 hours later to return the unworn untouched item with all of the tags still attached, with the receipt, I was told that there was no refund available on it as it was a promotional item (slightly reduced). Also went on to lie and said that they said that was the case at time of purchase (I know they didn't because if they had the item would not have been purchased on principle). I have had so many other retailers happy to refund if I changed my mind that it really threw me. Was given credit note that i will never use, and will never return to the store. Which is a shame because I used to shop there quite often

Good place to shop for a great price. Can't say much on the design but I think they have some good material clothes

A great place to buy clothing & footwear. They seem to have a good turnover of clothing. They also offer a rewards system, which is helpful for saving on your next shop.

No review possible, This store has been shut down for a couple of weeks and the building is for sale. Has opened up again in the shopping centre. Store is a bit dark but plenty of stock. Check sizes as no longer made in Australia and the Chinese have some funny ideas. The quality has suffered from when Rivers goods were Australian made. Try to deal with the workers as the manager is a bit grumpy at times.

This store always feels disorganised and crammed with stuff. I find it difficult to find things. It us predominantly clothing shoes and I swear and accessories. Their product is cheap but you only get what you pay for so the quality is not great at all. The on sale items are really really cheap. The customer service staff here are good and very helpful without being overbearing. If you are a family needing clothing at cheap prices it us ok. It us situated within the Lavington Square shopping Centre so parking can be a little tricky at times.

Manager was rude and unhelpful. They refused to refund me because items were purchased during their promotional sale. This is against Australian Consumer law. They would only offer me store credit and they were very intimidating.Rivers uses memory foam in their new shoe designs and they are very uncomfortable. All of their shoes are too narrow for me so if you also have wide feet you should avoid Rivers.

The staff we very rude , I was trying to browse and made my mother and I feel unsure when basically followed us around asking if we were right , we previously said we were fine , ended up walking out when all I really wanted to do was shop
