The doctors here are fantastic but waiting nearly an hour and a half to get in for my appointment is irritating. If you have a mask exemption you have to wait outside.

Even though I had a mask exemption my son and I were made to wait over 40 minutes in a hot car.I can't fault our doctor he is an amazing doctor. Reception makes you feel like a germ infested outcast. I am a survivor of horrific abuse and reception treat me like that. Shame on you

Always friendly staff and helpful, plus never had to wait forever to be seen and it's bulk billed.I think you guys are underrated. My husband and I moved to this area just a few years ago. We managed to get in very easy as new patients. No bs burocratic like other centers where you have to pay a doctor for a basic visit that should be covered by Medicare. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you

Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t see my son as he is a new patient but we as a family have all gone to the Kelso medical centre. He is 1 years old he hasn’t had to go to the doctors. I’m so furious right now. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Disappointed I couldn't give 0 stars. My friend recently saw a female medical practitioner here who refused to appropriately provide treatment and advice to a young girl because it was against the practitioner's own beliefs to provide that care. Don't be a female practitioner if you are going to use that platform to impose your beliefs on patients. People are seeking your medical professionalism and are seeing you because they need help, they don't need to be condemned for the life that they live.

I usually have face to face appointments, that I book weeks in advance (to get the doctor I want) however, my appointment time got changed due to other patients. At this different time, I would be at work, so I needed it to be a phone consult. My appointment time was at 3:30 (understandably a busy time), however, I received a call from the practitioner at 5:59, by this time I had started my shift at another workplace where I cannot have my phone on me. I missed the call and therefore, missed my appointment. I am upset as I only received the one call and no voicemail was even left.

The longest wait times ever! Phoning the clinic and in the practice. Multiple times I have walked in and noone is manning the front desk. Multiple patients walked in, wondering where all the staff were. After waiting 15mins, we walked around the clinic to find multiple people out the back/in the storage area. Very unprofessional.

I’m new to the area. I’ve never been able to speak to anyone on the phone so made an appointment online. Then I needed to cancel as was admitted to hospital. Did this by email and text. Note: text can only be yes or no. Anything else won’t go through on there end. Only found that out after they sent another text after the appointment saying I will be charged $40 when I make my next appointment for not canceling the last appointment. Beyond 1 star. I definitely don’t feel this medical clinic is right for anyone. Lacks basic communication which is essential with our health. Not answering phones is something I’ve never experienced before anywhere. Not having someone on reception when you go and wait for an extended time even more distressing especially when we are unwell.

I belong to this practice. Yes I get angry at having to wait (sometimes over an hour) even though I have an appointment, but I have to say the doctors are fantastic, the nurses too are so nice and the reception staff are very friendly. I'm sure the reception staff know by my face when I am sitting patiently waiting for my turn, (well over an hour later) but they still smile ... I do feel for them sometimes.
