Amazing ladies' bags and purses.

Such a lovely location for a well known and well loved brand. Although I came for a large classic Le Pliage bag, my mind wondered off with new items. Every season they have new styles colours. I love the sunglasses styles and the bucket style summer bag. Must visit the store located in this beautiful building of Tattersall

I was so very impressed with both the quality of the product (Gentleman's suit bag) and especially the service received from Christine and the team at Longchamp Brisbane - Who brought the suit bag in especially for me from Sydney to view before buying. Always love Longchamp! Extremely good service, but this is a very small store and they dont have all new models available. They have limited collection of almost everything. Must go to a bigger store !

The worst experience my colleague and i had at this shop today! So upsetting. The lady was so rude by talking on the phone and coming up to us asking me not to touch anything. She then asked my colleague and i to sanitise our hands while shes still on the phone. We did out of respect and due to the current pandemic situation. I then went on the look at the bag i really wanted to buy and there goes second round of telling me off to make sure my hands are dry from applying the hand sanitiser. She also showed us gestures where we cannot touch anything until she gets someone to attend to us. all of these, shes still on the phone! 2 other people walked in after us but was not treated as how she has treated us. So bladdy RUDE! Just because i wore a mask or we are Asian, we were treated in such an uncomfortable manner. What a terrible customer service Longchamp! so disappointed as i have shopped here many times before.
