Very poor services, not just once it has occurred to me in multiple occassion. What is the point of having an appointment time if we need to wait at least an hour each time before we can see the doctor. Need to change the medical centre. Very frustrating.Had to return without checkup as the receptionist and the doctor cannot communicate.Highly UNRECOMMENDED!!!

Doctors are good. Phones never working can never get through. Waiting time can take up to an hour before seen by the doctor. Need to change the medical centre. Very frustrating.Appointments don’t matter they don’t pioritise appointments patients, walk inn and appointment’s patients seen At the time when u walk in like fisrt come first serve!Had to return without checkup as the receptionist and the doctor cannot communicate. Receptionist on 25/3/23 am was very unprofessional and under trained… need Australian authorities to audit this place. So unprofessionally running this place.They take 30 patients per 1 doctor running the clinic. Very unqualified team. Very frustrating!

I am deeply concerned and disappointed with the lack of care and understanding we have received from this medical centre.It is near impossible coordinating holistic care for my father, who is undergoing chemotherapy and also has other ongoing health issues, when we are hindered with the rude and unhelpful behaviour of the receptionists. Their lack of empathy and failure to provide necessary assistance have aggravated an already stressful situation for both my father and my family. It is frustrating trying to access my father’s GP when we are told we were unable to leave a phone message for the GP without making a booking, urgent matters and important questions regarding my father’s condition, should be able to be relayed to the GP promptly without the need for a scheduled appointment. We were also informed that we were not able to leave a form (NDSS form) for the GP to sign unless an appointment was made, even though a phone appointment was already made for the next, following day – we needed the form signed at the earliest convenience to register for subsidies to purchase a blood glucose monitoring machine to capture the information needed for the upcoming booked appointment. We acknowledge and understand the pressures and strains GPs and nurses endure on a daily basis and respect what they do for the community but it is unacceptable that we were waiting by the phone all afternoon for a phone call that never came, even though we replied to confirm the Telehealth booking, we still have not received a call back nor the completed NDSS form.We believe every patient deserves comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to their needs, unfortunately the experiences we have had at this medical centre have been subpar and fallen short of these expectations.

The phone never get answered when I call to book an appointment. It’s coming up with the message to thanking for contacting the medical Center and then message to wait but then it went dead. Pretty bad look for the medical Center, especially when it’s do with the health community. Where else can you go if this is action seen in our health Center?Action needed to straighten up our health system!

Long waiting time even when you have appointment booked at least 45 -60 minutes. I think they should be proactive and inform patient if Doctors are running behind the schedule. Should value other people’s time.

Receptionist Krusia with an asian accent is very annoying. She doesn’t want to listen to you. She keep saying the same thing again and again. Though doctor asked us to give him a call about ultrasound report. Doctor not even call us. For the report we had make another appointment. And wast 2 hours waiting time. Very unprofessional business.

Terrible experience with Dr Naim Samaan. Do not expect very much when you visit him. I am a friendly happy person and he somehow was able to belittle me as soon as I stepped into his office. Our visit lasted 5 mins and he spoke only to my husband even though I asked the questions. He didn't take me seriously when I asked him to check if my son had a virus, he didn't give my son the medical attention he deserved, and didn't examine him fully before he told us to see him again later in the week because it's 'just a allergic reaction'. Despite it being 'just a allergic reaction', he would not write a daycare letter to say that my son's rash is not contagious, and he did not prompt us to have any type of allergy test until we asked him about it. He didn't even take my son's temperature, swab him or check his mouth and ears. Additionally to this, as we were leaving, he blamed my son's rash on me, saying my son has a rash because I have eczema. Plenty of better GPs out there with better patient care. Wasted my time seeing him and immediately booked to see another GP for a second opinion.
