Meats mostly tasted fine, but for $50something a kg, I expect a better marbling and flavour, and less gristle, in your scotch fillet than what I was given, particularly given that my preparation and cooking method was flawless; low temp BBQ over 3 hours. Pork sausages didn’t seem to be premium cuts, or they had too much filler. Disappointing.

Amazing butcher. Like, not just 'amazing for a local', but literally one of the best in WA. The cheddar jalapeno sausages are worth 5 stars alone, but they also do great high-end slow n low meats, thick cut steaks, whatever you could want.

Saturday Sausage Rolls are always awesome.. their selection of sausages are really really good.. plus they have THICK CUT steak.. T-Bone.. Porterhouse.. you name it..Oh.. they also the only butcher I can find Carolina Reapers Sausage!!!Totally recommended Butcher!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great service. I ordered a whole pig to spit roast, the guys scored it for me and let it hang in their cool room for a couple of days to dry a bit saved me lots of time. The day was a great success. They are my go to place for meat Great range, great service. Thanks guys and girls
