Amazing service from Doug. I was probably a little annoying, asking very specific questions about pressure washers... Doug was extremely patient and thoughtful, he ended up taking me out the back and demonstrating the one that I was after. I was blown away by his service. Thank you Doug

Great store, very friendly and helpful staff, im a redgum wood merchant and i cut wood 7 days a week, all year round. I run with stihl equipment and this is my local stihl dealer, im there weekly restocking all my bits and pieces needed throughout the week, they always do me great deals and discounts. I never have to wait around as they pretty much know what i need before i walk in the door and usually have it on the front desk before ive even walked in the front door, so im pretty much in and out in less than a couple minutes and back out cutting with minimal downtime.

Fantastic service and product knowledge from the team at the Mt Gambier Stihl shop. A new Redgum wood splitter purchased and this thing is a beast! Jimmy and Ryan gave a thorough demonstration and answered all questions I had. A super friendly team who actively demonstrate that they care about the customer, not just about the sale. 5 star service as always!
