I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pymble Dental Practice, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door, the friendly reception staff made me feel at ease. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. David is an absolute gem of a dentist. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were apparent throughout my visit. He took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. The dental hygienist was equally remarkable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and meticulous in her work. She even provided me with valuable oral hygiene tips. If you are searching for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients and provides exceptional dental care, I wholeheartedly recommend David and his team.

This dental surgery has the loveliest staff! Dr David Farrington is the best dentist i have ever come across. He is not only professional but kind and very caring. Place is clean and it is a very beautiful dental practice. Highest recommendation!

Dave and the team are rockstars! I am generally a nervous patient but I felt so calm as soon as I stepped into the practice. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone… Especially those with kids who are dreading the first visit!

Very happy with my 7yr old son's experience with Rachel. She was so kind, calm and fantastic with every procedure he needed. Tooth extraction, crown and fillings (over multiple visits) were not a problem. She put both of us at ease, didn't recommend anything not required and explained all the options to us. I can't recommend her highly enough! Excellent dentist/staff!Dr David Farrington has worked to do my crowns for me, and when a complication occurred due to an old root canal procedure at a prior dentist, David replaced the crown (and related procedures) free of charge.Highly recommend

Can’t fault this practice, they fit me in for an emergency appointment on the day. I had a chipped tooth and Dr Farrington and all his staff did an amazing job making me feel comfortable the entire appointment. The new surgery is exceptional with all the latest technology. Excellent dental care, and really excellent dental hygienist too. They are very good at pain management and explain all the procedures thoroughly. David Farrington is a lovely, caring dentist and really puts you at ease. I love the way that they include you as the patient in the process of whatever they are doing.
