Bought two batteries from here, many years apart. Both times have been quick, cheapest in the area (beating Kmart and Super Cheap Auto). They beat Super Cheap by about $60. Asked the guy to borrow his tools, installed it out the front. A+, would definitely use them again.

Terrible managementRefused a warranty replacement for 2yr old battery even though I had the transaction from my credit card. Raised it fair trading and still refused to budge, will go to NCAT now to see if they will refundMake sure you keep the itemize receipt if they will not be any help

Consistently, we have had issues with automotive batteries from sedan to light 4 cylinder applications. Power Crank quality and service, not to mention attitude to customers has significantly dropped off over the past several years. They have lost us as ongoing customers.

Shout out to Manish who provided outstanding customer service a few weeks back (sorry for the delayed review). The AGM battery I purchased at an excellent price has been great. Don't bother shopping anywhere else for vehicle batteries especially when other places are overpriced. Just go to Power Crank who specialise in this field!! Thanks again mate!!
