I’ve had two rings made by Creations and both have exceeded my expectations. I entrusted the team with remodelling my grandmother’s jewellery into a dress ring and the work by Anneke was exceptional. I then had my engagement ring designed by Greg and the team and the whole process was so enjoyable and smooth. The ring turned out exactly as I wanted and perfectly matched the photo I provided. The craftsmanship at this jeweller is such high quality and I would recommend Creations to anyone.

I purchased a ring online (not from this store) many years ago without checking my ring size first, it was huge. It sat idle on my desk for 5 years - I began sending emails and researching who would be able to resize my ring.Creations was amazing, the man sized my ring thoroughly to make sure we were choosing the correct size, he was also very patient. Skilled, my ring was ready to pick up a couple days later. At a cost of only $60, I’m very happy and my ring looks amazing.The lady who also works there is very kind and positive. A pleasure to deal with.Great experience, easy to find store, would recommend.

I would highly recommend Greg and the team at Creations. We designed my engagement ring using my Nanna's ring and some gold and diamonds from my Mum's. The end product is stunning and the workmanship is excellent. Thank you!!!

I took my 35 year old engagement and eternity ring together with my late mother in laws eternity ring into the team at Creations to have them redesigned and combined into one ring. The finished ring is spectacular and above my expectations. I have now also taken my wedding ring in to be remade to fit my new engagement ring. I was so happy with the advise and service that I have also now taken my old gold jewellery in to be remade into a solid gold bangle for my daughters birthday. Dropped in some things for repairs. Asked some specific questions about one of them (as it wasn’t worth spending money on if it wasn’t a good fixer upper) - they fixed it and told me to keep the receipt, it turned out to be defunct, and when I went back they said they wouldn’t have told me to bring back the receipt if it didn’t last because they had to do the repair anyway. It’s completely ludicrous to think I was keen to throw money at something that didn’t work.

We commissioned the Creations team to remodel two rings and were absolutely delighted with the results. Both pieces are of excellent quality, design and workmanship, well priced and were completed within agreed time line. Client service and communications were first class. We highly recommend this local Fremantle jewellers to anyone looking for high calibre pieces and personalised assistance.

Customer service from Greg was excellent, but the lady at the reception desk seemed quite abrupt to another customer whilst I was in the store (this was 6 months ago though so she may not work there any more) Yes this is a delayed post, but that just shows that even 6 months later, I still value their work enough to (finally) honour them with the review that they deserve.Greg listened to me describing the features that I had in mind, and then we sketched out a couple of ideas, and discussed the pricing of gold and stone sizing. This was then followed up a week later by receiving some AWESOME computer generated renderings to make a final decision.I am absolutely stoked with the final product. It is exactly as I had hoped it would be :)

Could not believe how hopeless this business is . Put in my watch for repair at the start of January and it took 6 bloody months before they finally finished with it. In that time I didn’t receive one phone call from them. I rang multiple times across the 6 months and was told that a) it would be ready in a week or two (never true) and b) someone would contact me with an update soon (never happened)Finally received the watch which had partially been repaired but it was still broken as the date can’t be changed meaning I will now have to take it elsewhere to be properly fixed.The owner then refused to give me my watch and parts back until I paid $85 dollars for the experience. Absolutely pathetic

Great service, friendly staff. Had my ring repaired and rhodium plated and it has come up like new. Very efficient, 24hr turn around. Very happy customer. Thanks.

I went to Creations to get a custom engagement ring made. The wonderful team helped me so much and had so many good suggestions for me. They always had extremely good communication and always worked around when it suited me. They finished the ring as promised before the end of the year and it completely exceeded my expectations. Me and my partner couldn’t be more happy with the ring, it is absolutely perfect!! I would highly recommend Creations And thanks again to the team for the wonderful experience!
