My experience - 3/5, loving the shoe sales, but the asked the lady what is size 7 in eu 37/38? She said she doesn’t know, well she could try to find, not like there is an outpour of people here. The other lady did say 6 is 36 and 7 is 37.The lady at the counter is shouting to one customer, i do understand customer is a bit problematic as they came to change the product for the third time but they need to have patience.I definitely expect better customer service from a high end brand like this.

Recently I call the store looking for Cece bag . Staff was really friendly to help ,they also send me the picture in different color. I booked the appointment to come and buy the bag next day . Amazing service. Thanks , definitely shop again .

Very amazing experience shopping mk, try to find a bag from ins photo, call store try to find it out if is available, unfortunatelyThey don’t have , but the staff told me once they have that stock will get back to me , after almost 3 month I got them call , and FaceTime show me all detail , and post that bag to me , this is amazing shopping journey, thank you for Tamara remember all detail and reaching out me

Great service by Jane. She went above and beyond to help me fix a situation with my MK bag. Only negative is that their returns policy is a bit messed up. I was informed that I could not return a bag that came with a manufacturer defect and that I could only exchange.I wouldn’t have minded an exchange if that had the same bag though.
