I booked my 72 year old father, who lives 3 hrs from me, an appointment online for his COVID vax and flu-shot. He was turned away because he hadn't completed an online form and the pharmacist would not spend an extra ten minutes" helping Dad complete the form. Nor would he give him a paper form to take home to complete! Dad mentioned he didn't have access to a computer and the pharmacist couldn't have cared less. Not everyone has access to the internet

I did go here every time i needed diabetes stuff, but not anymore. Today I went in to order in my libre sensor 2, the lady was not helpful at all. She also said that they can only order in sensors if you're a regular, when I was a regular. If you have a medical condition, I suggest don't go there. I will not be coming back.

I Don’t ever post rants but this got to me today.Big ❌❌❌❌ to the Phamacist at Priceline pharmacy Deepwater Plaza. Went in for Chlorsig for my Staffy. Have been getting it for years on and off under Vets instructions and the way he spoke to me was disgusting. He refused to sell it to me stating he wanted a prescription. You do not need a script for these drops but he insisted I get it. It was more the way he spoke and waving his hand as to say, go away. Never again will I step foot in that pharmacy. New owners apparently. Well if that’s how you give customers service …………I went to Chemsave at Umina and they could not have been more helpful.Thanks

Today the pharmacist Joyce refused to fill my persciption for pain relief (after I've had surgery) due to a number the Dr missed, so I asked her could she please call to get the info needed as I am in pain and will need it. She then told me no I had to go to the hospital and sort it out and said goodluck the Dr probably isn't on today( 30 minutes drive) she could see I am 28 weeks pregnant and had my toddler and I explained my surgery and pain and she still refused. I went over to kouch chemist and they had it all sorted in under 5 mins for me. So if you are in pain and need your prescription filled I don't recommend dealing with Joyce at priceline she was rude and shuged her shoulders with zero care. Kouch was so very lovely, helpful and polite they have them selves a new customer.

Disgraceful….. handed in a prescription, judged on appearance - been cleaning all day and looked a little ruffled in old cleaning clothes - by a young blonde girl who gave a look it disgust & is under half my age. She simply said “come back in 5-10 minutes”I went to colour match an old discontinued concealer i have.Pulled my glasses out of my bag to read the labels, tried testers on my hand, looked around for a tissue on shelf.. there was none… so grabbed a tissue out of my bag to wipe it off when she approached me and said she believes I have put things in my bag and asked me to empty it.Absolutely no grounds for that.A normal bag search at exit is absolutely normal and I have no problem but that treatment was disgusting.Will never enter that shop again.

Monopoly!!!I went to buy an ointment cream for my son and asked a generic brand is okay. My prescription was ready within a few minutes. I felt the ointment was very expensive as soon as I checked the label. The item wasn’t even a generic brand. I paid for the item anyway as it was getting late and there were no other pharmacies nearby.When I checked the price online for a similar item, I could see that I could get the same item for only 33.3% of what I paid for at this Priceline if I had driven 5-7kms from that place.Try to avoid this place if you are not in a dire situation. They seem to be monetising for being only the pharmacist in the Woy Woy area.
