CB timber floors

Van installed my timber floors in Mornington to the highest level. He removed my skirting layed my floors and reinstalled my skirting. My floors came up great. I have used Van for floor polishing before so as a repeat customer I am very happy!

Bach did an amazing job of our floors. We are very happy with the quality of work he and his team did, competitive rates and very easy to contact. He finished the whole house (60m2) in one day. He really went above and beyond with the job.

Did job effectively and efficiently and l like to support local businesses. Minor niggle was that the waste and packaging was left on site for me to deal with and skirting boards weren't replaced as well as they were originally but overall job was done on time and to budget.

The issues I encountered with Van’s, CB Timber Floors business are numerous.- I paid extra to have the existing staples removed from the floor. The staples were not removed and were polished over. The staples remain visible in the polish.- The old broken putty pieces were not removed and were also polished over.- There was putty debris polished onto the floor- A deep hole 2 inches long, located in the middle of the lounge room floor was left open. You can put a key right through the hole.- We had agreed on a satin finish polish and the workman were given instructions to do a full gloss finish.A very unprofessional and unskilled flooring business, who were more than happy to take my money and cause me enormous grief.STAY WELL AWAY from this flooring company. I would not recommend them to anyone. I dont want anyone to experience the same issues as I did.
