Mark and the team at McGill Group were kind and professional. I was a tenant in the property they were selling. Their communication was clear and always considerate to my schedule. When the property was sold to an own occupier they provided helpful suggestions and advice to me about looking for a new property and Mark himself wrote me a letter of support which definitely helped me secure a new tenancy.

Wish we could give Mark more stars because we would! We were recommended Mark by a friend of mine and what a brilliant recommendation it was. Mark worked patiently for 3 years with us while we worked hard to complete our home for sale. We spoke to other agents along the way, but we just knew immediately that Mark was the right man for the job. His genuine guidance and support was second to none and when it came to listing the property he was so professional and supportive. He didn’t only manage to sell our house $600k over what other agents had told us we would achieve, but managed to smash an area record for us. His marketing was so successful, people from all places recognised our house. We couldn’t believe how famous our home became. He also managed to sell our house to someone that loved the house as much as we did. What more could you ask of an agent.When only the best will do, Mark is the man for the job.

Their guidance & professionalism is next level. Extremely unimpressed with their service. Stacey Downey needs to get off her high horse! 2 inspections with her over a 2 year period and she just looks through you during the inspection. At one inspection, I was the only one and she was on her phone for the 15 minutes that I spent there inspecting the property and no follow up call! She had already written me off! At the other, once again on the phone, but sprung into action when another couple walked in. Unfortunately nobody told her that she shoudn't judge a book by its cover. Felt very small. Being a surgeon, I guess we are taught to treat everyone equally and with respect. Not in real estate it seems!

Enter Renee & the McGill team! Renee was extremely responsive, never made us feel like our constant follow ups were annoying and keep us up to date, right up to our application being approved! I had a regrettable experience with their PM department for short term rentals.  It was marked by their dishonesty and unreliability. It is disheartening to encounter such untrustworthy practices in a field where transparency and dependability are vital, especially when living interstate.The agency consistently failed to fulfil their promises, rendering their words meaningless.Communication with the agency proved to be a significant challenge. They frequently ignored or provided evasive responses to emails and phone calls and it took several months to be only partially refunded what was owing to me.Given my experience, I strongly caution others against engaging with this agency to manage their short term rental. It is imperative to find a company that values you as a client.
