I use to go there because staff is very friendly but day before yesterday I bought baby goat and I was mixed with decayed goat pieces. It was really very stinky. We housemates had party that night but none of us eat that. We threw it out. One of my friend was very angry and was suppose to complaint against. Calmed down after we told him to. Won't suggest this Shop.

This place is like a third world. They charge more than they display. Their food hygiene is not at all par to Australian standards . These type of shops are like in slums. Pls Dont buy any Hisa Fish or Fish Eggs cause they come from the dirty waters of Bangladesh n Myanmar.. Avoid this shop totally...You got nothing to loose..How do the health dept allow don't. Take a swab test you will find millions of bacteria like in Bangladesh. They don't use gloves. They don't give receipts.. They still think they are in Bangladesh . cause their mind set does not fit in. Attach some pictures of Fish Eggs where the guy said 1 kg but only 200 charged 11 $ that means 800 gsm water $55 kg more pricy than Caviar.. rest is water. They should be closed down for lack of practice of hygiene n sanitation. N Fraud in pricing. Their scales should be checked from weights n measures.

Used to go to this place but not anymore, they sell decaying meat that stinks. Many times they don't give you meat that is on display but go to back room and give you either frozen or meat that is inferior quality compared to on on display. Very dishonest

Good place to buy pre-packed groceries.They sell rotten n decayed meat. They usually hide it by mixing meat with blood making it appear red n fresh. Someone should audit these guys as they pose a huge health risk.They have got a lot of customers who probably only buy because the sell halal. Wake up people. If its rotten its not halal ... lolI support local businesses but their actions are unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. Varieties of grocery in cheap price. Good quality meat. Always love this shop.

This store was initially struggling with some key aspects but they have improved a lot with so many things. I definitely recommend getting their meat because its high quality. You get the freshest quality meat for a great deal and its totally worth it. Workers are extremely friendly and cooperative. I live far away from footscray and i still most of the time buy from them because they probably have better halal meat than most halal meat shops. 1000x better than western halal meat.

This place has been scamming customers, falsely advertising meat on display, selling rotten and decaying meat. I bought a whole leg of lamb and they hid where they cut it and sold me mostly bones and barely any meat on the leg, it was a big leg of lamb with a lot of meat but they didn’t give me all the meat that came with the lamb. This isn’t the first time this has happened and they have done this to other customers that I know.

Recently, they raised the meat prices too much & didn't put the recent increased price tag on the meat items. The rest of the shop items don't have price tags too. When u call them & ask for meat prices. They refuse to answer & ask u to visit the shop. This isn't a fair deal & it doesn't end here. When u ask price of any shop item (which don't have a price tag), they tell different prices for the same product on different days.

Bought frozen goat curry a few times from one of the retailers , and it was nothing but 80% fat chunks and bones. Never buying the thing again
