Huge store for all your pet needs. Fantastic range from clothing, footwear, horse tackle, dog supplements and much much more. Staff could be a lil more energetic and shop assistant like, but if you're happy to browse til you find what you're looking for, head on in, lots n lots to see.

I ALWAYS receive the best customer service from the front of house and warehouse teams and today was no different.Bec and Donna were not only super welcoming and helpful, but go the extra mile to assist me back to my car with the heavy bags of dog food.Even if you aren’t a “local” to Pet Stock Country or Pet Stock Pakenham, do yourself a favour & go the extra few klms! And don’t be afraid of stocking up while you’re there…you will have all the help you need carrying yo your car!Also a shout out to Maddi! She has worked hard to help me find the most suitable diet for one of our pups with allergies!

Won't be going back after my last experience.Most of the staff are extremely rude, not only to your face but while your walking around the store and the other half have no actually knowledge on animal products and what is good for them, rather they just push whatever is most expensive.Definitely a shame petstock brought it out and change what it use to be.
