Cheap gear with terrible quality.Took back to the store for a refund. Advised that we would receive confirmation of our purchase via email - they had entered my email wrong and updated it when returned to store with the items for refund. Called the customer service department as it had been weeks since no money has been refunded or any emails. They advised my email was never updated that’s why I have no confirmation and or communication.I have been chasing up for our money back since 20th January.The store refuse to answer the phone from the call centre and neglect to reply to emails also sent from management in regards to our refund.

Awesome shops, heaps of great stuff and friendly staff all in one great location. Huge carpark for trailers, vans, boats etc. Really good centre. Just set up my camper trailer and these stores and center had everything.

I’m always impressed my the customer service at these stores and this location was no exception. I came in today in desperate need of a spare part for my rooftop tent and one of the associates, Tyler, did everything he could to help me get the replacement. Huge thank you!

Under NO circumstances give these people your email address or telephone number. You will be bombarded DAILY with unsolicited marketing emails and text rubbish. Even after going to store telling them to STOP and going through the unsubscribe option via a listed number they CONTINUE to text you through a different number. This is absolutely just trash, PLEASE note it is not the employees it is the organisation it self. This marketing techniques drives people AWAY it DOES NOT bring return customers back !!!!
