This practice is awesome. The Doctor saw me within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr Ronald was pleasant and got to the heart of my condition in a timely manner. Nothing but praise from me reception staff also pleasant and accommodating

I was 10 minutes early for a 2:30 PM appointment. The GP, was pleasant, helpful and fully explained the reason for the 45 minute delay, but it's not fair to demand an $89 appointment fee and be late. What would have happened if I were late? I appreciate the medical services at the Domain and look forward to more years of service, but recent price hikes are not welcome.

Dr DeVilliers was super helpful with assisting us and updating my daughters immunisation schedule. The nurses was grate and extremely knowledgeable on what to do and made it a fast and pain free experience for her. A happy little patient walking out with a smile and an orange lollie.

Booked on HotDoc the night before my appointment which was super easy. Doctor was pretty much bang on time, listened carefully and provided a solution quickly.All round pretty seamless experience.

Dr Vaneet Shah was one of the best I have been to. He was calm, patient and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. He gave me options as to what we could do to resolve my issue and gave me control of choosing what I feel comfortable with, which I found to be a rare quality in doctors today. After prescribing my medication he took the time to explain what is was, what it does and what side affects may occur, and what to do if I experience any.If anyone is at all nervous about going to a doctor, I would recommend seeing him.

It was not my intention to leave a comment, but management have asked for comments, so I will.The walk-in service.In summary, the walk-in service is good when it works, but it is failing to meet the patient’s needs.I appreciate their walk-in service.I appreciate the staff particularly the receptionists.I do not like the fact that I often have to wait 3,4 or even 5 hours to see a Doctor. I am sick, I need to be home not in a waiting room.I do not like the fact that this service seems to becoming worse not better. Recently have found that there is no guarantee that if you go in someone will be able to see you that day.In summary, the walk-in service is good when it works, but it is failing. Management really need to find more Doctors ect to support it if they want to continue to the service. I hope they do.

As I was unable to get an appointment at my regular GP but urgently needed to see a doctor, I begrudgingly booked and paid approximately $100 for an appointment at Marion Domain. The doctor was running 40 minutes late, which I was not advised when I checked in, and then during the appointment left the room to take a a personal call and was obviously rushing through the examination. I was given a referral for an MRI scan at a place that cannot facilitate them, was not advised this was not covered by Medicare and also advised that some patients with my symptoms find out they have a tumour. Not exactly very encouraging words and did not put me at ease. I presented to ED with my issues the next day and was advised a CT scan, which is covered by Medicare, would be sufficient.

My experience at Marion Domain this morning was one of ease and care! The reception staff were helpful, patient, and friendly, still maintaining a professionalism in their job. The doctor I saw was helpful and thorough , so I felt like my health needs were cared about and I got the best support that I could have. Even though it was an appointment that I had to pay for, not a walk-in visit, I feel like I’ve now had the support and guidance that I required to make my health better!

I was able to make an appointment same day, & Dr Singh was very thorough. Thank goodness there is X-ray & Physio also on site. !
